My main aim during this time was to develop and maintain the sales team and drive sales forward which I did by keeping the same sales team intact for the 4 years. Due to the implementation of the tobacco bill, the workplace became un challenging and the role I held no longer challenged me. 1991 – 1997 Masterfoods Account on contract through Contract Personnel Management Sales Representative in the Leinster region Calling on TSN’s, Symbol groups, Cash & Carries and Multiples. Part of the team who worked on the introduction of vending within the Mars organization and the Masterfoods Catering range. I also was responsible in the training of internal sales staff on the operational procedures related to vending and also the training of workplace staff in the maintenance of vending units. 1990 – 1991 Team Leader on contract to Robert Roberts on “Clorets” launch in Ireland. Worked with a team of 6 Sales Representatives launching the “ Clorets “ brand into all retail outlets Nationwide.
